Refund and cancellation

We allow refunds, only to buyers on our site if it falls under any of the following scenarios –

  1. If a buyer has opted for order cancellation before the seller accepts and they have initiated the process of shipping them
  2. In case of a buyer wins a dispute against a seller

Unfortunately other than this, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet our provide required pieces of evidence such as an invoice of purchase, necessary screenshots, and other proofs asked for a dispute resolution.

In case of complaints regarding third-party products purchased from our link, please refer the issue to them.

Please do not give bad reviews or do other mischief things with the seller’s profile or his postings. It is not their fault.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your order cancellation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of any Refunds approved by studentkida.com, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements or Revisions (if applicable)

We only replace or revise items (downloadable services and arts) if they are faulty, have an error or they are not as described.
