All of our products and services do not require any kind of shipping they are purely digitally downloadable and users have immediate access after purchase.
In the case of services listed by sellers or vendors, the delivery time is mentioned in the service listing you can track your orders in the order section and communicate with the seller for changes in it, if the seller fails to deliver the product or fail to communicate within the set time frame you can raise a dispute or request for refund.
Once your order cancellation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
